Steven + Erika
Journey Driven Books was founded by Steven Fortunato. Together with his wife Erika, they embark on bringing new stories to life for younger generations. They bring over a decade of digital art and graphic design expertise to the table, and hope to create a larger series of adventurous tales. Each story aims to reflect the wondrous nature of their life together traveling through over 20 countries.
Sebastian and the Seabass™ is the first of a series of books celebrating exploration and the beauty of nature, inspired by Steven's fascination with freediving and spearfishing around San Diego.
As Steven and Erika prepare for the birth of their first child, they hope to create stories that inspire young minds to explore, dream, and embrace the wonders around them.

Our books are passion projects. Each one is inspired by real life adventures we've experienced and environments we care deeply about. We want every book to help make an impact with organizations we find along the way that work hard to protect these places. Found at the end of every story, readers will learn more about the facilities we've contacted to donate toward :)
